SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description
The Peakmods SMS program sends appointment-related communications to customers who have booked a service through our website at peakmods.com or via our scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in consent is collected through a dedicated checkbox on our web forms — we do not enroll anyone in SMS communications without clear, affirmative consent.
Message types include: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support responses. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and service usage.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS messages from Peakmods at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that sent you our messages. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send one final confirmation message and immediately remove you from future SMS communications.
Rejoining Instructions
If you opt out and later wish to re-enroll, simply sign up again through our website or scheduling form the same way you did initially. Once re-enrolled, SMS messages will resume based on your appointment activity.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network conditions, which are outside our control.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider directly.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

Peakmods operates its SMS messaging program under A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person, 10-Digit Long Code) registration guidelines as required by U.S. wireless carriers and the CTIA.
